Skokie Community Foundation Seeks Proposals for Its 2018 Collaborative Grant Cycle

Skokie, IL, Friday, June 16, 2017—The Skokie Community Foundation (the Foundation) announced today that it is seeking collaborative proposals for program grants for its 2018 grant cycle. The proposal application is available:

Proposals will be accepted through midnight on Friday, September 8, 2017.

To qualify, two organizations must co-apply to provide services to benefit Skokie residents. One of the two co-applicants must be a 501(c)3 organization, a school, or a government entity. The maximum grant amount awarded will be $5,000. The Fund intends to award $25,000 during this grant cycle.

The Foundation requests proposals addressing any aspect of community including arts and culture, basic human needs, community development, early childhood, youth and adult education, environment, family support/counseling, health, housing, seniors, workforce development, or youth.

Grants will be awarded in November 2017 for use in the 2018 calendar year.
